About the photographer
Matthew Geelhoed
I capture images so I can share the beauty of nature I'm fortunate to see with people who can't be in the field with me. Some images are simple records of the species I encounter; others are print quality and hang in the Virtual Gallery. I especially enjoy photographing birds because of their huge variety and the challenge of capturing some of them.
